A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work under this project includes, but is not limited to, replacing the existing pumping and grinder equipment at the Village Pump Station and making modifications to the generator ductwork and pump station building walls to accommodate the ductwork modifications and incidentals as required for construction of a complete project. The project must be substantially completed within 90 consecutive calendar days and complete within 120 calendar days after the execution of Notice to Proceed. The date upon which the Notice to Proceed is activated can be moved to accommodate the Contractor's work schedule. A bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond issued by surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions. Agency Not a Party This contract is expected to be funded in whole or in part by the State of Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWSRF) program. Neither the State of Maine nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this contract. The Contractor must comply with all Federal Requirements per the CWSRF Supplementary Conditions. Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Contract Documents, or if he/she is in doubt as to their meaning, the Bidder shall at once notify the Owner in writing. No answer to an oral question will be given prior to the award ofthe Contract. Any information given to Bidders by means other than set forth below in the Contract Documents shall be unauthorized and shall not be used as the basis of a claim against the Owner or the Engineer.
