Description: WINs 027222.10 & 027496.10 Location: In Piscataquis County, delivery is to project WIN 027222.10 is located in Medford on Paddy Hill Road, approximately 0.03 of a mile south of Hathorn Road. Location: In Penobscot County, delivery is to project WIN 027496.10 is located in Etna on Route 2, approximately 0.05 of a mile west of Shadow Lane. Outline of Work: Fabricate and deliver precast concrete box culvert and other incidental work.
