Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for a new Land Port of Entry (LPOE) at Coburn Gore, ME (Franklin County). The estimated price range for this requirement is between $125,000,000 and $135,000,000, inclusive of options. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents, and for monitoring the site for any solicitation amendments and other related information. Pre-registration is required to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit on 10/21/2025, with attendance limited to no more than four representatives per Offeror. A completed "CBP Short Term Contractor Information Sheet" (Solicitation Document 13) must be submitted to the Contracting Officer at least three calendar days prior to the event.
