Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for a new Land Port of Entry (LPOE) at Coburn Gore, ME (Franklin County). The estimated price range for this requirement is between $125,000,000 and $135,000,000, inclusive of options. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents, and for monitoring the site for any solicitation amendments and other related information. Pre-registration is required to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit on 10/21/2025, with attendance limited to no more than four representatives per Offeror. A completed "CBP Short Term Contractor Information Sheet" (Solicitation Document 13) must be submitted to the Contracting Officer at least three calendar days prior to the event. Participants must present valid government-issued photo identification, preferably a driver's license, to gain access. Details regarding meeting location and other site visit requirements will be issued to Offerors. Certain solicitation attachments are designated as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); Offerors must submit a completed CBP Non-Disclosure Agreement Form (Solicitation Document 12) to the Contracting Officer before downloading these materials.
