Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Northport, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Includes but is not limited to the stabilization of +-134' of shoreline with new stone revetment, extend the existing 18" CMP and 4" PVC pipe as shown on sheet C1, remove existing wooden ramp, add new stone steps with handrail, removal of existing vegetation as shown and required, 4" loam and mulch in the landscape area and 4" loam, mulch and seed in all other disturbed areas, as well as all other project specifics indicated in the DRAWINGS and CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Town of Northport is accepting bids for a shoreline stabilization project at Bayview Park in Bayside Village. Sealed bids must be received at the Northport Town Office. The successful applicant will provide a copy of general liability and worker's compensation insurance prior to beginning work. The Select Board reserves the right to waive formalities, negotiate the cost, modify the scope of work, and/or accept or reject any and all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
