Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Portland, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

Work includes but is not limited to: pavement milling, pavement shimming, hot mix asphalt pavement overlay, sidewalk ramp construction, sidewalk construction, construction work to build, adjust, reset, or rebuild curbing, manholes and catch basins, pavement markings, and associated work. The scope of work for each street segment is outlined in the complete bid document. Bids must be submitted electronically with the name of the Bidder, Contract Name, and Bid number in the subject line, or via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the specified date and time. Late bids shall not be accepted. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Each prospective bidder will be required to obtain from the City each copy of the proposal form and each set of plans.
