It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure timely submission. Late bids will not be accepted. Proposals must remain open for acceptance for ninety days from opening. Take advantage of the site's expansive views. Prioritize durable, sustainable, and context-sensitive materials. Improve accessibility and circulation and connections throughout the site. Support year-round use and enjoyment.
