The work includes, but is not limited to, the following details on the plans: Contract 1 : CWSRF (SRF1 Funded Work 1. Installation of approximately 2,300 linear feet of sanitary sewer and 3,500 linear feet of storm drain. Pipe sizes vary from 10-inch to 36-inch diameter. 2. Full depth reconstruction for Preble Street, from Somerset Street to Cumberland Avenue. 3. Pavement and gravel restoration in SD trench on Preble Street, (Marginal Way to Somerset) and Kennebec Street (Preble St to Forest Ave). 4. Pavement markings due to pavement restoration limits Location: Located on the following streets: o Preble Street, beginning at the Marginal Way intersection, for approximately 2,285 feet to the Congress Street intersection. o Kennebec Street, beginning at the Preble Street intersection, for approximately 1,180 feet to the Forest Avenue intersection. o Somerset Street, beginning at the Preble Street intersection, for approximately 150 feet towards the Elm Street intersection If Portland Schools and/or City operations have been cancelled, any scheduled pre-bid meetings will be cancelled as well.
