The Town of St. Albans invites your company to submit a bid for 3,000 yards of winter sand for 2025 winter road maintenance. Sand must be delivered to the Sand/Salt Shed located at 60 Hartland Road, St. Albans, ME. Bids will remain sealed until the scheduled Selectmen's meeting on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 6:00 PM. The Board of Selectmen for the Town of St. Albans shall consider any and all bids submitted and reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids based on what they deem to be in the best interest of the town. If awarded the bid, I agree to the price of 3,000 yards of sand as specified in the bid proposal indicated above and to the conditions set forth in this agreement.
