Renovation of a hospitality development in South Portland, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade, eight-room hospitality development.
The project is to provide architectural/engineering services for a Roof Top Unit (RTU) Replacement at the South Portland Campus of Southern Maine Community College. The work involves replacing an aging RTU that currently serves the McKernan Hospitality Center. The new unit must be properly sized, connect to the existing building automation system, and provide heating and air conditioning to 8 guest rooms as well as common areas within the building. Responding firms are required to comply with the detailed RFQ Information for Architects and Engineers as provided on the Bureau of General Services website.
