Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Thomaston, Maine. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,100-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The Town of Thomaston is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the design and construction of a new Fire Station. The scope includes pre-construction estimating, coordination of project costs, constructability services, management of the construction process including bidding to subcontractors, on-site management, and project close-out. Questions may be submitted to Lita@portcityarch. Questions must be received by June 4:00 on 3, 2026. Answers will be posted on the town website by June 5, 2026.
