Renovation of a municipal facility in Vassalboro, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,095-square-foot municipal facility.
This project consists of the renovation of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors in Building C. Existing dormitory space on the 2nd floor will receive new mechanical systems and refreshed finishes. Existing dormitory space on the 3rd and 4th floors will be reconfigured with new walls, new restrooms, new MEP systems and new finishes. Total project area approx. 11,095 GSF Questions and comments on the bid opening process shall be addressed to: Division of Planning, Design & Construction, Bureau of General Services, 77 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0077, BGS.Architect@Maine.gov. Questions and comments regarding the project design specifications or drawings shall be directed in writing to the Consultant during the bid period prior to the question and comment deadline of 12:00 p.m. on 1 May 2025.
