Construction is set to begin in October of 2025. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The City of Westbrook (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Route 302 Reconstruction (10% Design) The Project includes the following Work: Surveying of the right-of-way, boring and pavement design, HDR forms, typical sections, alignments, bike/pedestrian facilities (sidewalk on Southern portion of Route 302), drainage design, access control and cross sections. The cost proposal will include one public presentation.
