Project consists of the renovation and paving of approximately 7,488 SYof Organizational andNonOrganizational parking at the Westbrook Armory located at 120 Stroudwater Street, Westbrook,Maine. This includes approximately 847 SYof 8" thick concrete pavement with an Alternate Bid Item expanding the 8" concrete pavement to a total of 3,099 SY. Project requirements also include the removal of approximately 7660 CYof existing gravel parking; emplacement of 223 SYof concrete pads and aprons, 226 LF ofconcrete curb; the demolition of the abandoned metal storage building (1,800 sf) and slab, the replacement ofexistingfencing and gates, installation of stomwater drainage and exterior lighting. Project will be executed in two phases with the earthwork phase completed no later than 1 October 2024 and the paving phase no later than 31 July 2025.
