A/E NAME: The Building Envelope Enclosure Group (The BEE Group) A/E CONTACT: Amanda Matlock EMAIL: amandam@thebeegroup.org TELEPHONE: (843) 735-5154 Construction Cost Range: $300,000 to $500,000 Base Bid work includes a mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof system (PVC/KEE) for Roof Areas A, B, and D for approximately 83 squares. Base Bid also includes minor repairs/modifications to the TPO roof on Area A1 and granular surface modified bitumen roof on Area C for approximately 16 squares. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
