Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in San Francisco, California. Working plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
As of February 10, 2021, after several delays it has been announced that this project has been placed on hold indefinitely. Turner has been awarded the design build contract for the Terminal 3 West modernization project. The project includes the addition of 155,000 gross square feet and the modernization of 250,000 gross square feet of the existing Terminal 3 West. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility. This prequalification (PQ) is for the following Bid Group: Bid Group #1 - Core Subcontractors (Design/Build). Only those Subcontractors who meet pre-qualification (PQ) criteria and are deemed pre-qualified to perform work on their respective trades will be invited to submit a proposal. Trade Subcontractors who do not submit the pre-qualification information and are not pre-qualified will not be allowed to submit a proposal. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
