Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Lawrence, Kansas. Design plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.
The City of Lawrence is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide pre-design services, preliminary site selection, and schematic design services for new and relocated fire medical stations. It is the City's intent to enter into a supplemental agreement for site acquisition support, design development and construction document services for Fire Medical Station 6 in early 2026 after completion of schematic design services. This project is seeking planning commission approval. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
