Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes approximately: - Connection to a new 8.32 kV electrical service supply and supporting infrastructure. - Demolition of an existing 44 kV substation and electrical service. - A new Electrical Services Building to house electrical and instrumentation and control equipment. - Provision of a new custom generator enclosure to house two pre-purchased natural gas standby power generators. - A new Sewage Pump Station (SPS), to house 5 dry-pit submersible pumps and associated infrastructure, a wet well, an electrical room, an instrumentation and controls room, and a washroom. - New manholes, sewers, and forcemains to direct incoming sewage to and from the new Sewage Pumping Station. - Demolition of the existing sewage pumping station building and associated infrastructure. - Site wide instrumentation and control and network upgrades. - Other site wide upgrades, including fencing, parking lot and landscaping.
