Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,399-square-foot, three-story above grade laboratory facility.
Bidders must use Subcontractors from the following prequalified list: 1. Mechanical Subcontract Bidders: a. Alex McCoy Plumbing & Heating Ltd. b. E.S. Fox Ltd. c. Kelson Mechanical Eastern Inc. 2. Electrical Subcontract Bidders: a. E.S. Fox Ltd. b. Modern Niagara c. AM-TECH Electrical Inc. d. Plan Group e. McClement Electric Ltd 3. BAS / Fire Alarm a. Johnson Controls (JCI) Each bid shall be accompanied by an agreement to bond issued by the same surety company that provides the bid bond, undertaking to provide a fifty percent (50%) Performance Bond and a fifty percent (50%) Labour and Material Payment Bond, both to be delivered to the Owner if the bidder is awarded the Contract. We recognize the right of the Owner not to accept the lowest or any other bid received.
