Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Deadline for Questions Friday October 10, 2025, 12:30 p.m. This project encompasses three (3) scopes of work located at the Queen's University Bioscience Complex: the renovation for a research facility, replacement of the existing Bioscience Building emergency generator, and modification of the existing base building north-east intake louvres. The new facility will be located at the north end of Level 1 of the Bioscience building and will include a variety of housing and procedure rooms as well as support spaces for sterilization and material storage. This space will also utilize specialized laboratory equipment such as sterilizers, rack washers, a bedding handling system, and an auto-watering system to support laboratory activities. Mechanical and electrical services are also required to support the lab with work taking place in Level 1 electrical rooms, Level 2 mechanical rooms and on the Level 5 roof.
