VOR Second Stage Competitive Process for General Contractor. - Remove and replace all existing flooring. - Remove and replace entrance doors and hardware. - Remove existing kitchen block walls. - Remove and replace existing kitchen millwork and countertops. - Remove existing and installation of new kitchen appliances. - Reorientation and addition of electrical outlets, switches and data drops. - Removal of existing lighting fluorescent fixtures and replacement with LED. - Removal of existing wall paneling and replacement with gypsum board - Removal of ceiling tiles and replacement with gypsum board. - Remove and replace all washroom accessories and fixtures. - Remove and replace washroom tile. Reorientate HW heater and associated piping. -Add laundry sink and associated piping to laundry room. - Removal of existing and installation of new stackable washer + dryer. - Installation of dedicated split system heat pump units. - Replacement of hydronic heater control vales and covers. - Remove and replace existing exhaust ductwork for kitchen and laundry room. - Testing & Balancing by Certified TAB Contractor. - Replacement of all associated branch wiring back to panel.
