For the development and lease/operation of the West Palm Beach Municipal Golf Course and associated development. The course consists of approximately 196 acres including the golf course, its service buildings and Mary Brandon Park, a City-owned park. In addition to the Golf Course property, the City owns a prominent piece of property fronting South Dixie Highway ("8111") along the C-51 Canal and adjacent to the Golf Course. The Site consists of approximately 6.97 vacant acres of land.
