Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant including infrastructure, equipment and building. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding. The Bidder will be required to comply with non-discrimination regulations and to require suppliers and subcontractors to comply with such regulations also. LCPS school facilities are currently closed to the public, however the site is available for inspection. Furnish an e-mail address authorized to receive notifications from the engineer Pursuant to 2.2-4311.1 of the Code of Virginia, the contractor does not and shall not during the performance of the contract knowingly employ an unauthorized alien as defined in the Federal Immigration and Control Act of 1986. If, due to a disability you need assistance to enable you to participate meaningfully in the Pre-Bid Conference and/or Bid Opening, please contact Loudoun County Public Schools Construction Division, at (571) 252-1161 at least five (5) working days prior to the pre-bid conference and/or bid opening.
