Site work for a water / sewer project in Thornton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work Package 1 construction is currently estimated between $32M and $35M. Thornton is seeking a Consultant to perform Construction Management Services for the Thornton Water Project (TWP) - Work Package 1. Services are as described within the Scope of Services contained within the RFP. Thornton reserves the right, at its sole option, to add additional Construction Management Services for later TWP work packages or for the TWP as a whole. Work Package 1 Construction will be performed by a Contractor awarded under another agreement by Thornton. To be minimally qualified for consideration for award, proposing firms must have successfully completed three (3) projects in Colorado that have a similar degree of complexity within the past eight (8) years. Proposing firms must have a minimum of two (2) staff members with a Professional Engineer's designation that will be assigned to the Project.
