Reference Number 0000343917 The purpose of this RFQ/P is to obtain qualifications and capabilities from qualified firms interested in providing furniture, fixtures and equipment services including, but not limited to design coordination with the project Design-Builder and team, design development with District staff and representatives, as well as delivery and installation coordination of new FF&E for Meadow Community School. Procurement of preschool classroom furniture is excluded from this RFQP. Tentative move-in is December 2024. Firm shall be prepared to coordinate with the district's Design-Builder and User Groups. The successful firm will be required to work closely with the design team to integrate the FF&E into the overall design intent and function of these buildings. The District has standardized on the following classroom furniture: Student desk: Alumni Flow Desk; round Ogee Cirrus Table; Breeze shape table and Chinook table (like or similar may be considered). Student Chairs: VS Panto Swing chair, arctic frame, dark grey, plastic glides for carpet (no substitutes). District will secure procurement of desks, tables and chairs if awarded vendor cannot.
