Construction shall include all elements of the pickleball courts, a painted and sealed post-tensioned concrete foundation, lighting, fencing and other ancillary items as further described in the Contract Documents. To be minimally qualified for consideration for award, proposing firms must have successfully completed three (3) projects similar in scope and complexity involving a post-tensioned slab in Colorado within the past five (5) years. Proposing firms must have a certified staff member(s) assigned to the project with the appropriate American Sport Builders Association certification.
