The Purpose of This Invitation to Bid ("ITB") Is to Establish a Contract for the Construction of a New Hatchery Building and Improvements Located at 15020 Chance Road, Tillamook or 97141 for the Benefit of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Work Contemplated Under This Contract Includes All Labor, Materials, Transportation, Equipment, Permits, and Services for, and Incidental to, the Completion of All Work in Connection With the Project Described in the Contract Documents. The Work Will Take Place in Tillamook County, Oregon. Any Statements Made at This Conference Will Not Change the Plans, Specifications or Other Contract Documents Unless an Addendum Has Been Issued From Odfw and Advertised on the Orpin System. Substantial Completion: No later than October 9, 2019 Final Completion: No later than October 30, 2019 Project Description: Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to construct a new hatchery building which includes but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing, construction of building pad, construction foundation and wall system, framing for the 2nd floor, providing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services, connect new supply piping to existing 24" high-density polyethylene ("HDPE") supply line, installing new discharge piping and storm piping including new manholes, and constructing and/or installing concrete vaults and catch basins. Contractor shall also install owner-supplied drum filters and ultra-violet water treatment systems and water refrigeration equipment as indicated on plans.
