Site work for a mixed-use development in Tillamook, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Tillamook People's Utility District seeks proposals for the successful completion of the RUS funded Tillamook to Oceanside Transmission Line and Substation project. The Contractor will engineer, procure materials, and construct the project. The transmission line will be approximately 8.6 miles of single-circuit 115kV design and include both wood and steel structures along the permitted route. The transmission line will start at BPA's Tillamook substation and continue for 8.6 miles to the proposed 22 MVA Oceanside substation. Tillamook People's Utility District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the Request for Proposals; and may reject any or all proposals pursuant to ORS 279A, 279B, and 279C.
