Tillamook Office Janitorial Contract The current contract for Janitorial services at the two-story Tillamook office has expired and Agency needs to solicit for another vendor to keep up cleanliness of the location. Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, equipment and supplies to provide janitorial services at the Agency Tillamook office including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying garbage and recycling. Janitorial services shall be performed the first week and third week of the month on the agreed upon day of service one (1) day per week, excluding holidays observed by the State of Oregon. Regular services shall be performed between 5:00 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. (excluding holidays) on items specified in the Statement of Work. Holidays falling on a Saturday will be observed on the previous Friday, holidays falling on a Sunday will be observed the following Monday. Any deviation from this schedule must be approved in advance by ODFW. Performances of the service must not interfere with the conduct of business or activities of ODFW.
