Tillamook People's Utility District is requesting proposals for three (3) pad-mounted solid dielectric 3-way switchgear. This contract is for a public works under ORS 279C. 800. Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed forms. All proposals are required to identify whether the bidder is a "resident bidder" for purposes of ORS 279A.120 "Preference for Oregon goods and services." The District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities in this RFP; to cancel the RFP at any time in District's sole discretion; to bifurcate the RFP and award the RFP to more than one proposer; and may reject any or all proposals pursuant to ORS 279A, 279B, and District's purchasing policy.
