Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and power facility.
In general, the work consists of engineering, design, programming, documentation, commissioning, startup, and loop tuning associated with the following: Provide and install field instruments as indicated on the P&ID drawings and detailed in these specifications. Provide and install a VFD on Boiler #4 FD fan and associated by-pass capability. Provide and install a Low Steam Drum Water Cutoff safety interlock on Boiler #3. Provide and install a steam flow measurement system for each boiler total steam flow and for system header total steam flow. Provide and install new igniters on Boiler #4. Provide and install new stack floodlighting. Bidder shall identify the division of work they are bidding on when requesting Bidding Documents online. Base Bids will be received as a single lump sum bid for: 4) Mechanical (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning); and 5) Electrical.
