Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Stevens Point Area Public School District is accepting bids for selective roof replacements at various district buildings. Work consists of removing 4200 square feet of existing PIB roofing and underlying built-up roofing membrane (asbestos containing) and tapered asphaltic fill, installation of new vapor retarder, adhered tapered insulation system, coverboard and adhered KEE membrane with 20-year NDL warranty. Lump sum bid proposals with performance bond and 5% bond security are required. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid due date. The Stevens Point Area Public School District reserves the right to reject all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the school district.
