Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will reconstruct Industrial Boulevard between Glacier Highway and Maier Drive. The work includes the construction of a new sidewalk along the west side of Industrial Boulevard, drainage improvements, intersection grading, driveway grading, and water and sewer utility relocation. The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. All work shall be completed by September 30, 2019. This project is a Race Neutral DBE Goal project. See Standard Specification G-120 for details.
