Rehabilitation of the Day Hollow Road Bridge over Foster Creek Town of Owego, Tioga County, New York PIN 9754.14 This is a federally funded project that will include replacement of the precast concrete superstructure with multiple steel girders and a cast-in-place concrete deck. The project includes rebuilding the bridge seat, a new bearings, approach reconstruction, and new guide railing. WZTC will utilize a temporary bridge installed by the County. The Contract Documents, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information to Bidders, Bid Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bonds, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Tioga County Department of Public Works 477 State Route 96 Owego, New York 13827 Contract Documents may be mailed (book rate) to prospective bidders upon request. A separate check of $15.00 (made payable to Tioga County) is required to cover postage. Contract Documents will not be mailed until payment is received by the County. Only those who have purchased Contract Documents will be provided addenda. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
