Renovation of an educational facility in Wausau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 03/15/2019 The contract in the amount of $84,485.00 was awarded to EGI Mechanical starting in May and Complete by August. Provide all materials, labor, expertise, all equipment, and required insurance to replace (8) hot water circulating pumps in four different buildings on the UW-SP at Wausau. The term of the contract shall commence on the date of contract execution and shall run through final completion and Owner acceptance of the project. The on-site work of this project shall start no sooner than May 20, 2019 and shall be completed no later than August 31, 2019 All questions concerning this Request for Proposals must be submitted in written form only, including fax or email to the contact identified below. The deadline for receiving questions is January 22, 2019 by 4:30 p.m. Responses to questions will be issued via email to every company that has been issued this RFP.
