Improvements include repairing the concrete joints and slab and replacing full depth HMA shoulders. Additional work includes milling and overlaying at grade crossings; repairing curb and gutter; repairing/replacing approach slabs; adding rumble strips; replacing guardrail, culverts, delineators and pavement marking.
