Provide On-Call Professional Engineering Design Services to support the Port of Long Beach (POLB) Engineering Design Division (EDD) delivery of the Harbor Department's $2 Billion 10-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and infrastructure maintenance program. Services shall include engineering design through all phases of project delivery from planning to construction to project closeout. Design disciplines required include, but are not limited to civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, geotechnical, environmental, traffic and transportation, and utility investigation.Consultant services may be authorized for tasks associated with the above listed services contingent on POLB needs, availability of Port resources, consultant performance, and funding availability. POLB anticipates entering into agreements for On-Call Professional Engineering Design Services with up to five (5) prime engineering consulting firms, each with a total not-to-exceed contract amount ranging from $3M to $5M, and a contract term of up to three (3) years. The selected firms will be required to provide the scope of services identified in "Attachment A".
