As of 01/28/2022 This project has not been awarded. New construction will be a single level, slab on grade, brick on block structure with flat membrane roof and a curved metal roof section. Total Square Footage 12,472 sq.ft. New firehouse will have 2 truck bays with bi-parting apparatus doors, 6 sleeping rooms, 3 offices, kitchen, dayroom, laundry, triage, restrooms, exercise room, gear storage and SCBA room. Bid alternates are a 1,600 sq.ft. 3 rd truck bay and overhead apparatus doors. Parking lot with 20 spaces in addition to fire truck circulation. Demolish both old firehouse and rescue buildings.
