Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Green, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project shall consist of parking lot pavement repairs, chip seal coat, fog seal coat, crack filling, sealing of asphalt pavement and the striping of standard and ADA parking stalls at various City locations as shown in the plans. Boettler park shall be the location for the base bid. Alternate bid locations shall include Greensburg Park and Raintree Country Club. The base bid Engi- neer's Estimate for the project is: $ 84,068.10 Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the City of Green. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. Bonds must be executed on the forms provided in the bidding and contract documents. Standard bonding documents will not be acceptable. The overall project duration for this project is 80 work days (110 Calendar days).
