**As of March 27th 2026, the project was awarded to The Aero-Mark Company LLC, with an awarded amount of $224,199.03** The project consists of long line and auxiliary pavement markings. This includes approximately 22.53 miles of centerline and 34.28 miles of edge line in 642, and approximately 23.42 miles of centerline and 41.69 miles of edge line in 643, with auxiliary markings located around the city. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100% or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the City of Green. The bid guaranty must be submitted electronically. The apparent low bidder must submit the original document by 4:00 p.m. the following business day. Bonds must be executed on the forms provided in the bidding and contract documents; standard bonding documents will not be acceptable.
