This is the construction of a single lane roundabout with associated lighting, traffic control signage, and thermoplastic pavement markings. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is: $1,749,435.04 Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF GREEN. Bids must be presented in a sealed envelope marked "SR 619 / Myersville Rd Roundabout, Project 17-H-18". Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. Bonds must be executed on the forms provided in the bidding and contract documents. Standard bonding documents will not be acceptable. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this PROJECT. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract. Subcontractors are not subject to the pre-qualification requirement. The "prime" contractor must perform no less than 30 percent of the total original contract price
