Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Green, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work consists of the construction of 980 feet of boulevard roadway, with lighting, storm sewer, water line, sanitary sewer, walk, pavement markings, and associated landscaping. Bidders must submit electronic bids, accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder must submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the City of Green. The bid guaranty must be submitted electronically, and the apparent low bidder must submit the original document to the City of Green by 4:00 p.m. the following business day. Bid guaranty bonds or checks must be labeled with the Project Name and 'Bid Guaranty Enclosed' and addressed or hand-carried to the designated city office. Bonds must be executed on the forms provided in the bidding and contract documents. Standard bonding documents will not be acceptable.
