Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Placentia, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for the ADA Ramp Reconstruction Project. The project consists of reconstructing 93 existing ADA ramps throughout the City to bring them into compliance with current ADA and California Building Code Standards. The scope of work is described in more detail in the project construction plans and specifications. The contractor is required to ensure that all completed improvements are fully compliant with the Contract Documents and all applicable codes and standards. Failure to submit the required documents, with the bid proposal shall be just cause for rejection of the bid. Contractor's License: In accordance with provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the AGENCY has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid California Contractor's License "A."
