Site work for a water / sewer project in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Contract 02-2019 involves the cured-in-place (C.I.P.) lining of approximately 4,500 linear feet of 8-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sanitary sewer at various locations throughout the Borough. This project is being funded in part by a Commonwealth Financing Authority PA Small Water and Sewer Program Grant and is subject to prevailing wage rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within Sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Swarthmore Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to waive any informality in a bid as they deem for the best interest of the Borough of Swarthmore. Questions must be submitted on or before 3/01/2019 11:59 AM Please also note that the deadline for questions has also been extended until March 19th at 11:59 PM.
