The project involves the construction of a new restroom in Little Crum Creek Park. The scope of work includes installation of a new sanitary sewer lateral, water service line, electrical service, pavement restoration, curb restoration, lawn restoration, and site preparation and grading for a proposed prefabricated restroom. This also includes coordination and assistance with onsite structure placement and utility connections. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bids must be submitted unconditionally and may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
