Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church will receive bids online via PennBid for installation of replacement doors at Notre Dame de Lourdes School Questions Due Date: May 9th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT, All Bidders must possess clearances as required by the state of Pennsylvania and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to work in a school setting. Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to accept the Bid, which is in the best interest of the School. Doors being replaced should closely resemble in color and style existing building doors. New doors should conform to the requirements of 34 Pa. Code 51.24 (relating to Exit doors and exit access doors). 1. Between Church and School - Install one (1) set of 90-minute fire-rated doors with electrified panic bar opening towards the church, separating church from school. All hardware and glass to be fire-rated. 2. School Maintenance Exterior Door - Install one (1) set of exterior doors of unequal set with RHR door- 42" wide with electrified panic bar. RHR door to lock into LHR door. 3. Nelson Hall Kitchen Exterior Door - Install one exterior door with electrified panic bar 4. Note - Proposals to include all necessary hardware and installation costs associated with door replacement. All waste materials created during installation must be safely removed from the property and responsibly disposed of, returning the school to proper working conditions. All bids rejected
