The University of Utah - U Facilities is requesting proposals for the construction of the following project: CM/GC: LIFE SCIENCES BUILDING UPGRADES - multiple projects University Project Number 22114 and others TBD FLCC for project 22113 is $1,737,100. FLCC for each of the other projects expected to be between $2.0 million and $2.8 million. This Construction Management / General Contractor (CM/GC) project is to provide CM/GC services for Phase 1 roof and seismic tie-ins with other future phases. The University's standard RFP has been substantially modified. Please read this RFP very closely .
