Site work for a civil project in Cogan Station, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is generally described as, but is not limited to the following: weir overlays, wall replacement, gate valve replacement, pipe replacement, water main replacement and riprap scour protection for dams located across Roaring Run and Larry's Creek in Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. All bids are to be submitted on the bid forms contained in the project manual. A 10% Bid Bond or a 10% Certified Bank Check must be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable equal opportunity laws and regulations and to comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rate Act and Steel Products Procurement Act and all other applicable laws and statutes. The Jersey Shore Area Joint Water Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or bidding irregularities, to delete or reduce any bid item, and to award the contract as may be deemed to be in its best interest. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual opening thereof.
