Demolition and site work for a residential development in City of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

This project involves the demolition of the existing residential property located at 60 Oakwood Drive. General work includes, but is not limited to: a. All demolition and disposal of a fire damaged two-story home including the removal of the entire basement and foundation structure. The project also includes the removal and disposal of all site features including but not limited to an asphalt driveway, subsurface septic tank, concrete sidewalks, shed, landscaping, and shrubs. b. Site backfilling and restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled, but prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. Any contractor who does not do so and submits a bid does so at his own risk. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
