Site work for a water / sewer project in Maple Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the following approximate quantities: 435 LF 8' PVC water main, open-cut 320 LF 8' HDPE water main, directional drilled 101 LF 20' steel casing pipe, open-cut 62 LF 1' HDPE water service, direction drilled 10 LF 1' HDPE water service, open cut 1 EA Hydrant & GV 4 EA 8' gate valve & box Also includes, bituminous and concrete items and turf restoration items. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 76 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 76 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
