The Project consists of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Precast Concrete Sanitary Sewer Duplex Submersible Pump Lift Station with Valve Vault and Exterior Mounted Electrical Controls 1 LS Temporary Conveyance of Sanitary Sewage 1 LS Demolition of Existing Steel Can Station Converted to Duplex Submersible Pump Lift Station. 125 SY Bituminous Street Removal and Patching 40 LF 4" DIP Sanitary Forcemain 50 LF 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 1 EA Sanitary Sewer Manhole 140 TN Class 5 Aggregate Along with miscellaneous electrical components and installation, removals, restoration, and correlated appurtenances. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
